Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns. Due to the handmade nature of our soaps and hygiene considerations with personal care products, all sales are final.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

From Jennie, With Love is a handmade soap and scrubby company based in Northborough, Massachusetts. Every bar and scrubby is crafted in small batches using the traditional cold process method, with ingredients chosen for their gentleness on skin and the planet. Our soaps are palm-oil free, made from scratch with nourishing oils and butters, and scented only with pure essential oils or left beautifully unscented. Naturally colored with clays and botanicals, each product is a labor of love — because what we put on our bodies should be as thoughtful as the hands that made it.
